By booking or using services provided by Divinely Guided with Love, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before scheduling or participating in a session.

1. Nature of Services

All tarot readings, intuitive guidance, and related services are provided for spiritual insight, personal growth, and empowerment. They are not intended as a substitute for professional advice in areas such as medical, legal, financial, or psychological matters.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to book or participate in any session with Divinely Guided with Love.

3. Confidentiality

All information shared during a reading is treated with respect and confidentiality. We will not disclose your personal or session details to third parties, except where required by law.

4. Payment & Bookings

All sessions must be paid for in full at the time of booking.
Bookings are confirmed once payment is received.
Prices are clearly stated and may be updated at any time.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations: At least 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a session.
Refunds: Sessions are non-refundable once completed. Refunds for missed or cancelled appointments are at the discretion of Divinely Guided with Love.
If we are unable to complete a session due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a reschedule or full refund.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

All services are provided in good faith, but outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and life choices following a session.
Divinely Guided with Love accepts no liability for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damage arising from services provided.

For legal purposes, all services are offered for entertainment and spiritual guidance purposes only.

7. Client Responsibility

By booking a session, you acknowledge that:

You are voluntarily choosing to participate.
You accept full responsibility for how you interpret and act upon the guidance provided.
You will not hold Divinely Guided with Love liable for any outcomes or decisions made following a session.

8. Rescheduling & No-Shows

If you do not attend your scheduled session without notice, the session will be considered complete and non-refundable.
Rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, including written materials, recordings, and resources provided by Divinely Guided with Love, remain the intellectual property of the business and may not be shared, copied, or distributed without prior permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be handled under UK jurisdiction.

11. Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.
